Shipping, Returns and Order Information


All orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Delivery varies depending on location

All orders placed Monday through Wednesday will generally ship from our warehouse the next day (excluding holidays), depending on availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Thursday after 8am GMT, as well as Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will generally ship on Monday.

Epiko recommends that its buyers, when placing their order, include the option of receiving with an additional charge with which they can guarantee that their package is delivered to their hands and avoid any type of loss or theft of their order. .

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the door or parcel box, lost or stolen without a signature.

International Orders

At the moment we only ship within the Mexican Republic.


We will only accept return requests if
We deliver a damaged/defective item to the customer. However, we will make sure all the items are in good quality and good condition before we send them out, we will make sure the package is nicely and securely wrapped to avoid damage.
You have 30 days after receiving your package to make your claim.
Please, if you return your item, remember to complete the return note and place it in your package.
Please note that orders are returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a tracking service and keep your proof of postage.

Contact us to request a return authorization by email or whatsapp

In your email / whatsapp, please include:
Your full name, address, contact details
Order confirmation number
Items being returned along with a brief reason.

When your Return Authorization number is cleared, it will be emailed to you. Returns must be completed within 15 days of the generation of the Return Authorization. Please print the attached Return Authorization Form and include it in the package with the returned items.

The cost of shipping for the return of orders will be borne by the customer.


Under our normal delivery policy, we will bear the cost of reshipping orders as we have absorbed this cost under our restocking fee.

All return / exchange request will be sent to the address indicated by whatsapp in your claim.
